Shipping Time and Rules

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is shown for each product when you place an order at https://laserlevel.net.
If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest to ship.
When your order purchases a combined product, we will ship it for you according to stock availability, including but not limited to using other warehouses (such as Amazon warehouses) to ship your order separately. We will notify you of the shipping information for different packages when shipping separately.

If you would like to receive each product separately as soon as it becomes available, please place separate orders.

For other countries, please note that economy shipping may take up to 1 month when shipping to distant countries due to transport and customs issues (e.g., Brazil and other countries in South America, Africa, Central Asia, etc.).
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on destination and other factors, especially during the holiday season.
Generally, the delivery time is 3–7 business days.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days

  • Shipping time: 2–5 working days

Delivery and Shipping Fee

Shipping Services
Orders from North America will be shipped by FedEx and UPS. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Due to air transportation restrictions, we recommend purchasing no more than two batteries per order.
For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer.

Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.

Shipping Notice
For special shipping requests, please contact weiddw Support.
Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, contact weiddw Support promptly so we can contact logistics personnel to solve the problem.
weiddw orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed.
If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. You are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after shipment.

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

weiddw assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  1. Shipping time may be delayed by 1–2 days for transportation to remote regions.

  2. Delay or delivery failure caused by the consignee’s actions (e.g., changing address after shipment, entering an incorrect or unknown address, incorrect contact information, refusal to receive, etc.).

  3. Delay due to force majeure (e.g., national or regional transport system interruptions, weather, government actions, postal policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, etc.).

  4. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronics, fragile products, or other items restricted by air freight regulations; shipments confiscated or disposed of due to violation of transport regulations.

  5. Mail and packages cannot be delivered during weekends, national holidays, or festivals.

  6. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

Order and Logistics Tracking

Notification
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the waybill number (SMS notifications must be confirmed when placing the order). You can click the link to visit the courier’s official website and check your package status.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Log in to your weiddw account and check “My Orders”.

  2. Contact weiddw Support.

Inspection and Sign

As weiddw products are generally valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it is damaged or deformed, do not sign for or open the package. In such cases, contact weiddw Support immediately.

Once you (or someone on your behalf) signs for the item, weiddw will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, we highly recommend shooting a complete unboxing video and checking the items against the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, contact weiddw Support within 24 hours after receiving the package.

For Spanish islands: The cost is $30 USD per order.
For island orders, we will contact you by email for NIE/DNI (required by the logistics provider). We do not keep your information; your privacy is not compromised.

For remote areas in the US (e.g., AK, HI, PR, GU): Remote fee applies:

  • 0–2 kg: $20.00 USD

  • 2.01–3 kg: $40.00 USD

  • 3.01–4 kg: $50.00 USD

  • 4.01–6 kg: $70.00 USD

  • 7.01 kg and up: $100.00 USD

For countries that charge shipping costs, the system will automatically calculate shipping fees based on product weight. The table above shows the minimum delivery cost.

For some orders sent directly from the factory, we will charge part of the freight.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs taxes themselves, but in most cases, customers do not have to pay customs duties.
To avoid unexpected charges, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
